1. If you use cash on delivery, please enter your phone number. At the time of delivery, the delivery company will call you to confirm that you are at home. It is also possible to change the delivery date and time of the product when calling to confirm that you are at home.
2. When you receive the item, please pay the delivery company in cash.
3. If the product cannot be delivered due to your absence, etc., the delivery company will keep the product. If the item is returned due to the customer's personal reasons, such as being away for a long period of time, the customer may be required to bear the cost of re-delivery. If we are unable to contact the customer within the following storage period, the product will be returned to our distribution center and will be treated as a cancellation. Please note that returned items cannot be reshipped.
